How to be more energetic and more alert?

Are you very tired, lack of time, lack of energy, drowsiness, low efficiency, depression, procrastination and laziness? Often 95% of failures are due to low energy levels. You are too exhausted to achieve success and happiness in life. How to be a more energetic and cheerful person?

Some people say they don't have enough time. But more often they have time, they just don’t have the strength to do what they want or need. Low energy levels make people inefficient and highly unproductive in any endeavor. Instead of doing a job in a couple of hours, they can mess around with it all day.

When a person does not have enough strength, then he does not get anything worthwhile. He is too tired, sleepy and exhausted to achieve what he wants. The energy of a person goes into a negative value, and as a result, everything goes awry. This is how failures and a constantly tired state begin. It's time to recharge your batteries and take life into your own hands.

How to be more energetic and more cheerful?

1. Healthy sleep. The first thing to start with is a healthy 7 or 8 hour sleep. Without proper rest, it is impossible to be alert, energetic and efficient. Set yourself a frame of good sleep that you try not to violate.

2. Healthy eating. Eat well and fully 3-4 times a day. Be sure to have a good breakfast. The secret to a strong breakfast and a good appetite in the morning lies in not eating at night. You will wake up in the morning with a healthy appetite. Try to follow a healthy diet, not one that is deposited on the stomach. Healthy food will make you more energetic. Don't forget to drink more water.

3. Look after yourself. Take a regular bath or shower, especially good contrast. Clean linen, healthy teeth and hygiene. Keep order at home. These healthy habits will give you energy.

4. Go in for sports. Exercise every morning for 5 minutes. It will stretch your body, wake you up in the morning and give you a boost of energy. Make it a rule to exercise 2-3 times a week. Go to the gym, run, hit the pool, or work out at home. Sports will give a good charge of energy, confidence, strength and vigor.

5. Save energy. We have one source of energy. We recharge during the night, and by the evening we are tired. Try to avoid unnecessary things, do not scatter on different nonsense, do not take on the work of colleagues, do not interfere in someone else's life, do not solve extraneous problems and save energy.

6. Rest. Without rest, a person cannot work effectively. Give yourself breaks, lunches and moments of relaxation. Walk outdoors, listen to pleasant music and just relax in silence.

7. Plan things. Make plans for what needs to be done, this will allow you not to scatter your strength and be more efficient. Appreciate the importance of things and learn to cross out the unimportant. Do not allow things to accumulate, so as not to get bogged down under their rubble. A good plan will help you achieve your goal, and the lack of it will make your dream unattainable.

8. Communicate. We are energized by communication with loved ones, friends, soul mates. Do not forget to have sex, it will give fullness of life and positive charge.
