How easy it is to be happy?

What is the main purpose of human life? Usually we set unrealistic goals for ourselves, think about something grandiose and expect something in the future. But at the same time, we do not notice how today, a week and subsequent years of life have passed. The ultimate goal is to stop running after happiness and just feel good now.

Happiness is a natural human condition, but we have forgotten it. We have forgotten how to be happy for no particular reason. We need to achieve a grand goal or win in order to feel happy. We are no longer happy with just a good day, a fragrant mug of coffee, a beautiful sunrise. We need something more real and more material.

As a child, you were often happy. You had enough ice cream, a trip to the country, an interesting cartoon, the arrival of your mother from work, chatting with a friend or riding a bicycle. What now? Now even a new phone, clothes or car, cause less joy. There was a devaluation of happiness.

We stopped enjoying ordinary things. We need more expensive things, and more significant occasions. What happened to us? We often frown, always unhappy and constantly irritated. How long to? All angry, puzzled and busy. As if someone stole our happiness. We stole it from ourselves.

How easy is it to become happy? How to enjoy life?

Don't chase after happiness

Happiness is already inside you. You don't need anything to be happy. After all, you are not your position at work, not the size of your car, not the model of your phone, not the brand on your clothes and not your social level.

You are so much more. You are a person. Don't chase happiness, just feel like yourself. You don't need anything to be happy. You already have everything you need to be happy. You can't buy happiness in a store. It is inside you.

Live in the present

All the stress and negativity in life is because we don't live in today moment. We constantly think about the past and live in anticipation of something in the future. The moment will come, then we will be happy.

These are waiting for graduation, waiting for a new job, waiting for a vacation, waiting for the weekend, waiting for a new position, waiting for a pension. All our lives we wait for the moment when we will be happy. That is why we are rarely happy.

How easy it is to become happy today? Live the present. Live and enjoy today. Today's positive and good moments.

Enjoy the little things to be happy

The devaluation of happiness taught us how to be happy. But there are a lot of happy moments in life. We just learned to notice them. There are always small joys and reasons for happiness around us.

A beautiful sunrise in the early morning, an interesting movie, a delicious cake, an amazing book, a friend's smile, playing with a child, communicating with a soul mate, a passionate kiss, a heart-to-heart conversation.

You don't need a perfect life to be happy. For happiness, it is important to notice happy moments, and not frown and chase the ideal life from Hollywood. Rejoice in the little things. They are more important than it seems at first glance. Let it be a trifle, then if it made you smile, then this is a reason for happiness.

How to be happier?

1. Move. Evolve and move to be happy. We are truly happy when we move somewhere and do something. Engage in self-education and constantly learn something new. Life is motion.

2. Keep your nose up. Don't be discouraged by failure and don't give up. This is just an experience that will allow you not to make such mistakes again. Develop and move to be happy.


3. Remove all unnecessary. Choose what you spend your time on. Some activities drain our energy and make us less happy. Remove from life everything that spoils it.

4. Evolve. See difficult times as an opportunity for transformation. Life requires growth, and when growth stagnates, there is discomfort. Life is a constant movement and evolution.

How easy is it to become happy? Be him. You don't need anything to achieve happiness. If you want to be happy, then just enjoy life every day.
