A complex for training the pectoral muscles and the press. An effective universal complex for training at home.

Finally a complex for training your pecs and abs at the same time. Anyone can do this workout: both men and women. We studied its structure with the goal, as usual, to “overcome” the monotony that reduces the desire to train, so we streamlined the exercises into both zones, creating a kind of universal complex using separate genres of music for each individual muscle group: House/Dance for abdominal exercises and Hip Hop / R'& B' for chest muscles.
