The official ceremony was held with the participation of the Indonesian Ambassador to Russia, Mr. Hamid Avaluddin. The dancing was followed by an official speech by the Ambassador of Indonesia to Russia, Mr. Hamid Awaluddin, who solemnly declared the Days of Indonesian Culture in Vegas open. The Ambassador of Indonesia stressed the significance of the event in the unity of our countries. The official part was followed by a cultural program. The guests had the opportunity to get acquainted with the bright works of the famous photographer Sergei Kovalchuk, who conducted a tour for children and spoke in detail about his travels. After the speeches, the guests were able to enjoy a fashion show from the famous designer Toto Supangat, which did not leave designer Maxim Chernitsov indifferent: “I emphasized many new ideas for myself. A riot of colors, beautiful fabrics, bold cuts. For my next collection, I will definitely borrow some of Toto's ideas."
Anastasia Grebenkina came to Vegas with her husband and son Vanya. The boy liked the show so much that the skater was even scared of his creative zeal: “To be honest, I don’t want Vanya to become an artist, but he always sings along to the songs he likes. He sang so actively to the Indonesian tunes that I'm afraid we can't avoid the creative future son. We really liked the show, recently we were in Thailand, and I thought that I would not see dances and costumes more beautiful than there, but I was wrong. Indonesian culture is even more exotic and interesting.” When the solemn and official parts came to an end, the guests were able to try traditional Indonesian cuisine.
